Document Description
City of Redding, Costco Wholesale Corp., and Rich Development Company (Parties) entered into a Transportation Infrastructure Agreement (TIA) on October 29, 2020, regarding Specific Plan 2017-00082. On May 24, 2021, having been presented with a certified initiative petition pursuant to the California Elections Code, the Redding City Council adopted the Bechelli Bonnyview Voter Initiative which superseded the Specific Plan with respect to the development of the Property. The Parties clarified certain matters with respect to the TIA -primarily updated references to the Bechelli Bonnyview Specific Plan.
