Document Description
Issue Right of Entry (ROE) to ATC Group Services LLC for Humboldt Redwoods State Park to allow for continued water quality monitoring and removal of wells at the Salmon Creek exit. The project is needed because the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (NCRWQCB) requires four (4) consecutive monitoring events to show that the site of a former fuel spill has been successfully cleaned. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
