Document Description
Project will install traffic calming measures at five (5) sites in Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park to ensure better traffic speed compliance from drivers in the park as part of a program of traffic safety measures. At four (4) locations on the main entrance road and one (1) location on a side access road traffic work will install traffic dots in an area approximately 2 feet wide and stretch across either one or both lanes, depending on the location along the road. The traffic dots will be installed in such a manner and pattern as to not impact passage for bicyclists, wheelchair users, and/or strollers.
