Document Description
HARD proposes to develop a new public neighborhood park on 4.04 acres of currently vacant land. As part of the proposed project, a 0.153-mile segment of the Foothill Trail would be paved for a multi-use pathway and a bridge over the creek would be installed. As the proposed park is located along the alignment of and includes a portion of the Foothill Trail, HARD has prepared an Addendum to the Foothill Trail Master Plan Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration.
