The solar panels would be added to the roofs of two existing buildings. The BESS and the associated conduit would be located in disturbed, paved areas no greater than 500 square feet In area and not Impacting any plants protected by the Native Plant Protection Act or requiring the removal of any native trees over 25 years old.
