Document Description
The Groundwater Flush to Waste Project(Project) is proposed for the purpose of aligning with statewide interest in promoting a conjunctive use design for existing potable City wells that allow the wells to be shut-off periodically without fear of losing water quality during extended downtimes, and to better monitor water quality of wells during operation. The scope of work consists of automating on-site well equipment including but not limited to water quality analyzers and chlorine dosing systems. As part of the complete well flushing functionality, proposed storm drain and sewer improvements include upsizing existing mains, installing new sewer services to the well sites, and monitoring associated drainage flows.
