The plan area is bounded by: State Route 237 to the south; Moffett Federal Airfield and a golf course to the west; San Francisco Bay, the former Sunnyvale landfill, SMaRT ® Station, water pollution control plant, wastewater treatment ponds, an open-water pond, and Caribbean Drive to the north; and Caribbean Drive and Baylands Park to the east.
