Caltrans proposes to relinquish five segments located at two intersections to the County of Tulare. Segment l and Segment 2 are located along the eastern shoulder of Road 120 immediately north and south, respectively, of SR 190 at post mile (PM) 0.39. Segment 3, Segment 4, and Segment 5 are located along Road 152 immediately north and south, respectively, of SR 190 at PM 4.45.
