Work within Caltrans right-of-way is at 21024 Beach Boulevard, Huntington Beach along (State Route 39 [SR-39]/Post Mile 0.573)/Atlanta Avenue, approximately 310’ south from the centerline. City of Huntington Beach requested an Encroachment Permit to install a wireless communication facility "small cell" within the right of way of Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach. The scope of work will consist of a replacement of a streetlight, installation of a communication antenna and radios within a shroud, installation of three pull boxes, and placement of conduit between the pull boxes and new pole. Contractor to replace the full width of sidewalk from joint to joint.
