A portion of USACE’s debris dock has degraded significantly over time and no longer has the structural integrity to support its intended use for staging debris collected from the Bay by USACE’s debris removal fleet. That portion of the dock will be removed and replaced in-kind with structurally sound concrete and untreated wood piles to restore its intended use.
