• An update of the General Plan Safety Element contained in Chapter 3.0 (Public Safety and Welfare) of the City’s General Plan pursuant to California Government Code Section 65302(g)(3).
• A new Environmental Justice Element, which is being incorporated into Chapter 3.0 pursuant to Government Code Section 65302 (h)(1).
