Document Description
On October 6, 2021 the City Council adopted the 2021-2029 (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update (HEU). The HEU, and associated Negative Declaration documentation, stated that the Housing Development Overlay (HDO) would be placed (via a zone change) on the subject property as a future follow-up item. HDO is proposed on property southeast of Second Street and River Road, consisting of four parcels totaling 14.57 acres, with the Assessor's Parcel Number of 119-020-015, -022, and -023, with an underlying Commercial-General (C-G) zoning designation and General Plan designation of Commercial Community (CC).
