The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Colfax WTP Replacement Project (Project). The Project includes the construction of a two-million gallon per day water treatment plant and associated facilities. The water treatment plant facilities incorporate a 12-inch diameter raw water supply line and a 12-inch ductile iron treated transmission pipeline. Other appurtenant facilities include the following: chlorine contact tank/clearwell, treated water boosted station, backwash tank and pumping station, filter-to-waste tank and pumping station, and concrete drying beds.
