Document Description
PCWA is proposing to construct and operate a new water treatment plant and associated facilities. The purpose of the overall project is to replace the existing Colfax water treatment plant, which is located at 449 Pleasant Street in Colfax. The existing water treatment plant was constructed in 1958 and is of an age that would be considered near the end of its useful life based on industry standard asset management protocols. The new Colfax Water Treatment Plant is anticipated to be operational by June 2024.
