Replace the failed roof of the Mule Barn in Angel Island State Park to help protect and preserve the historic building. Work will: • Remove the existing damaged cedar shingles; • Replace damaged skip sheeting with in-kind materials, as needed, based on the presence of rot; and • Use stainless steel nails to attach new fire-rated cedar shingles to the original and replaced skip sheeting.
