Document Description
The Cudahy Park Renovation Project is part of a Prop 68 Grant application to pursue funding for the complete renovation of Cudahy Pan<.. The grant requirements include identifying community needs, conceptual site plan mapping, cost estimation, and building local partnerships to create comprehensive, community driven projects. Renovation components include the renovation of the basketball courts, baseball field, playground, skate park and tennis courts. Recreational features to be renovated and/or added are splash pad, exercise equipment, community stage, picnic shelters and tables, BBQ grills, shade sails and a walking path.

The project consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, restoration and minor alterations to existing public structures and facilities, involving negligible expansion of the existing park use. Construction and location of limited numbers of new small
structures. Minor alterations in the condition of land, water and/or vegetation. New gardening and landscaping including the replacement of existing conventional landscaping with water efficient landscaping.
