Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-14452-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison as represented by Hazem Gabr. The project is limited to removal and replacement of six deteriorated wood poles (Poles 4530415E, 4337002E, 4234000E, 4930351E, 4930352E, and 4930353E) with new wood poles, and the installation of two anchors to support Pole 4530415E and Pole 4337002E. Project activities are anticipated to temporarily impact 0.138 acres (200 linear feet) and 2.46 square inches (0.2 linear feet) of permanent impacts to Fish and Game Code section 1602, including impacts to California buckwheat scrub.
