Document Description
Under this Agreement, Permittee will conduct “routine maintenance.” This Agreement authorizes the following activities: a) culvert repair and replacement). maintenance and improvements to existing ford crossings) small bank and streambed erosion control to minimize water quality and erosion impacts d)) replacement or repair of damaged or failed sections of perched fill, rock riprap, timber pile walls, embankment and retaining walls, wooden or log cribwall bank revetments and retaining walls e) placement of rip-rap above or below failed sections of structures to aid in integrity of those structures. f) cleaning and clearing roadside and trailside ditches f) vegetation removal and sediment and debris removal. g) bridge maintenance activities. No new bridges, culvert crossings fords or other non-maintenance activity is covered under this Agreement.

The Project sites are located in Open Space Preserves managed and/or owned by the Permittee in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Santa Cruz Counties, State of California. Routine maintenance Project activities will be conducted in 25 watersheds within San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Those 25 major watersheds from north to south include: San Pedro Creek, Denniston Creek, Arroyo Leon, San Mateo Creek, Purisima Creek, San Francisquito Creek, Cordilleras Creek, Oakland Inner Harbor-San Francisco Bay, San Francisco Bay Estuaries, San Gregorio Creek, La Honda Creek, Adobe Creek, Permanente Creek, Stevens Creek, Calabazas Creek, Lower Pescadero Creek, Upper Pescadero Creek, Butano Creek, Gazos Creek, Waddell Creek, Saratoga Creek, San Tomas Aquino Creek, Los Gatos Creek, Guadalupe River, and Alamitos Creek.
