Document Description
The project consists of an amendment to the 2030 General Plan to replace the current Chapter 8, Housing Element, with the 2021-2029 Housing Element in accord with State law; an update to the 2030 General Plan Land Use Element to apply a Mixed-Use Residential zoning overlay to sites currently zoned Commercial and Business Research; and an update to Chapter 16 of the Oxnard City Code to implement the Housing Element and initiate the zoning map amendments.
