Lafayette 6th Cycle Housing Element Update Implementation – Ordinance 696 Adopting Amendments to the Municipal Code and Zoning Map, Rezoning of Certain Areas, and Establishing Objective Development Standards. The scope of the proposed amendments is covered by certified Final Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse #2021080038) for the Lafayette 6th Cycle Housing Element Update, by Resolution 2023-04, which also adopted environmental findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, adopted a Statement Of Overriding Considerations, and adopted a Mitigation Monitoring And Reporting Program. As the lead agency, the City prepared an Addendum to the Certified Housing Element EIR, analyzing the impacts of the Revised Draft Housing Element, which was adopted by the City Council on December 16, 2024.
