The City of Lafayette has prepared an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the City of Lafayette 6th Cycle Housing Element Update (HEU). The HEU addresses the City's Regional Housing Needs Allocation of 2,114 housing units, plus an appropriate buffer.
