Exterior and interior renovations of three floors of an existing office building totaling 45,000 square feet to update and maintain First 5 LA’s office space. Renovations include interior office tenant improvement, replacement of existing roof material and three rooftop air handling units (HVAC), installation of new solar panels, building and site security, and other associated site improvements such as new perimeter fencing, monument signs, light fixtures and energy efficiency upgrades. Project also involves architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing and limited civil engineer work for parking lot area for lighting and general security improvements. No additional square footage or new exterior construction will occur.
