Document Description
The scope of work for this project involves complete rehabilitation of Fresno Street between Washington Street and Harvard Avenue. The work consists of construction surveying, demolition of existing concrete improvements, roadway excavation and grading, construction of new aggregate base and pavement section, construction of concrete curb and gutter, valley gutter, and ADA curb ramps, adjustment of existing utility lids and sewer manholes to finish grade, and placement of thermoplastic traffic striping. The existing surface streets within the project area are uneven, cracked, and failing. Broken concrete curb and gutter causes frequent flooding.
