The adjustments to the Agency’s water usage rates, monthly service charges, and debt service charges are, among other things, for the purpose of continuing to provide funds to meet the costs of operating, maintaining and replacing the water system facilities within the Agency and to provide funding for capital projects necessary and/or required to maintain service within the Agency’s existing water service area.
