Design Review to comply with the Countywide Design Guidelines. The applicant proposes to construct a fifteen unit apartment project designed with two to three bedrooms. Entry porches will face Fair Oaks Boulevard and Central Avenue to the south and east. Parking will be provided with a secured entry from Central Avenue, and will be set back within the site. New sidewalks and gutters per the county standards will be installed.
