Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to Dynalectric Company DBA Wasatch Electric for the use of a portion of a day-use parking lot at Ed Z’berg Sugar Pine Point State Park for staging vehicles, equipment, and materials for utility pole replacement work on neighboring properties. The utility pole replacement work is a part of an ongoing effort by Liberty Utilities to convert bare, overhead conductor to insulated, covered conductor to comply with their current Wildfire Mitigation Plan, improve public safety, and reduce fire risk. No utility pole replacement work will take place on Park property; only staging will occur on Park property.
