Document Description
State Route 41 is a heavily used roadway that has experienced pavement deterioration within the project limits. The project is needed to address the deteriorated pavement conditions at the undercrossing. The project proposes to remove and replace Hot Mix Asphalt on the shoulder and dike at the Van Ness Undercrossing on State Route 41 in the city of Fresno. All work will be performed over the Existing Traveled Way and shoulder.
