The proposed project is Categorically Exempt from environmental proceedings pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1, Existing Facilities, of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, because the proposed project is a minor alteration to an existing facility, which does not involve expansion of the structure. The proposed project consists of minor alterations to the existing commercial building by abandoning six existing customer pick-up parking spaces to the south of the existing building, designating 29 existing parking spaces for customer pick-up to the north of the building, and minor change to the exterior building colors
