Document Description
Notice of Determination for the Removal of trees #473 and #479 located on a strip of land within the City's right of way near Seven Hills Ranch Road and the terminus of Kinross Drive. The tree removals are part of the Spieker Senior Continuing Care Retirement Community Project, for which Contra Costa County certified an EIR studying and mttigating all environmental impacts, including those arising from the tree removals. The City reviewed and considered all relevant information in the EIR prior to acting on the tree removal.
