Document Description
The project activity covered under this Agreement is limited to operation of an
onstream reservoir and diversion from a single point of diversion (POD). The covered diversion activity is for cannabis irrigation onsite. The onstream reservoir will serve as the only cannabis irrigation water source. Water will be diverted for cannabis cultivation activities at a rate of no more than 10 gallons per minute via gravity pipe with a single screened diversion intake. The State Water Board covers this diversion under an existing Water Right (Application 20798, Permit 13882, License 8300) dated February 1, 1968. The Water Right authorizes Recreation and Irrigation purposes of use. The reservoir would provide approximately 100,000 gallons per cultivation season for the purpose of cannabis irrigation.
