CEQA Guidelines Section 15305 Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations. The reduction in front yard setback for the water storage tanks, fire pump, and associated equipment to meet Fire Department requirements will have no permanent effects on the environment, and no healthy mature, scenic trees would be removed. The low-profile tanks being used, and the placement of such tanks are over 100 feet from the public right away will have negligible detrimental effects to the public welfare or persons or property in the vicinity.
