Board staff has determined the project is exempt from CEQA under Class 1, Existing Facilities, Class 3, New Construction of Small Structures, and Class 4, Minor Alteration categorical exemptions (CEQA Guidelines § 15301, § 15303, and § 15304), because the proposed activity consists of additions to an existing home, construction of an in-ground pool, and new landscaping. Further, none of the exceptions to the exemption in CEQA Guidelines § 15300.2 apply. Please note, the signed NOE is not attached.
