The scope of work includes the installation of sidewalks along the west side of Heber Avenue from 10th street to Fawcett Road, approximately 0.36 miles long. The improvements include the construction of sidewalks, infill paving, curb, and gutter. All work will be within the disturbed road right of way.

In addition, the improvements will not increase capacity and the alignment of the roadway will remain the same as existing.
