Document Description
The project applicant requests the following entitlements from the County of Sacramento: A Use Permit Amendment to allow non-congregational event center use, incidental to the existing church facility and private school uses, on approximately 9.6 acres in the RD-20 (F) zoning district. Upon deliberation, the following conditions/provisions of the use permit were included in the final approval- • Condition 5 – Revised expiration date of permit from 15 years to 10 years. • Condition 6 – Specified that 34 events would have capacities of 300-400 persons; 36 events would have capacities of less than 300 persons • New Condition 7 – AS AN ONGOING MEASURE: Non-congregational events held on Fridays and Saturdays after 5:00 PM shall be leased only to non-profit organizations, schools, and public agencies. • Condition 8 – Referenced Exhibit B will be revised to remove offsite parking lot; the title of Exhibit B revised to “Revised Traffic Management and Parking Plan.” • Condition 22/Mitigation Measure A – Deleted, and subsequently a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program was not adopted.
