Document Description
The Downtown Parking Lot and Intermodal Transportation Rezone project would involve changes to four downtown City-owned parking lots, the City's Permit Center and adjacent parking garage, portions of the City's Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC), and an expansion of the Downtown Core Overlay District to include the ITC. The project also involves a General Plan land use designation amendment for the ITC and City-owned parking lots. The changes and General Plan amendment would facilitate the production of approximately 500 high-density housing and 125,000 square-feet of commercial use across 10.4 acres.
