Document Description
Reroute the trail in lower Dusy Basin away from potential archaeological sites, lakeside camping areas, and
unsustainable meadow alignments and rehabilitate the abandoned meadow tail segments by restoring them to natural
conditions. Project activities specifically undertaken by the CCC’s Backcountry Trails Program (BCT) crew will include
the construction of 2500 linear feet of new and rerouted trail segments for the purposes of protecting watershed
health and rehabilitate sensitive alpine meadows.
