Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBA-25927-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, and the project Applicant, County of Santa Barbara as represented by Morgan Jones.
The change covered under this amendment to the original agreement is to allow the pouring of wet cement within 150 feet of the stream during the rainy season but not below the top of bank. This is so that essential aspects of the project can be completed such as concrete curbs, gutters, and posts that are within 150 feet of the stream but are not located below the top of the bank of the stream. All measures described in the original agreement to keep wet cement out of the stream will remain the same.
