The SEIR analyzed the construction and operation of a middle school at the project site. The proposed project would construct an elementary school in-lieu of the middle school, and would include transitional kindergarten (TK) through sixth grade school with capacity to house 1,000 students, and include 29 classrooms, two Special Day classrooms, two Teacher on Special Assignment classrooms, two Resource Specialist Program classrooms, a spare classroom, an office, library, STEM room, music room, Multipurpose Room, five soccer fields, three basketball courts, a playground, seating areas, and parking lots.
