Document Description
A Development Plan (File No. PDEV22-040) to construct a 61,867 square foot industrial building on 4.20-acres, on property located at 2042 S. Grove A venue, in conjunction with an Amendment to the Grove Avenue Specific Plan (File No. PSPA22-007) changing the land use designation of 4.20-acres of land from Office/Commercial to Business Park for property located at 2042 S. Grove Avenue. An Addendum to The Ontario Plan (TOP) 2050 Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse No. 2021070364), which was certified by the City Council on August 16, 2022, was prepared. This application introduces no new significant environmental impacts. The proposed project is located within the Airport Influence Area of Ontario International Airport and was evaluated and found to be consistent with the policies and criteria of the Ontario International Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. On April 16, 2024, the City of Ontario City Council adopted Resolution No. PC24-008 approving the Project.
