Document Description
The project is limited to operation of an onstream reservoir and diversion from a single point of diversion (POD) using a submersible electric pump within the onstream reservoir for purposes of cannabis irrigation. The onstream reservoir is a supplemental water source for cannabis irrigation, with an onsite well as the primary water source. The onsite well diversion was not analyzed within the current notification and therefore, is not a covered activity under this Agreement. The reservoir would provide approximately 30,000 gallons per cultivation season for the purpose of cannabis irrigation. Diversion from the onstream reservoir is being pursued under an SIUR moving forward.
