The mixed-use development consists of an existing eight-story office building with a 750 square foot cafe as well as the one-story bank drive through. and a new seven-story mixed-use building containing 319 dwelling units. including 26 affordable units on the 2.96-acre site. The Project includes density bonus and vacation of an alley to accommodate the development.
