Document Description
This SB1 State funded Maintenance Project provides preventive measures to cleaning, patching and line and pave invert, and installed missing segment of pipe on State Route 241 (SR-241). Caltrans will upgrade existing culverts by cleaning, video inspecting, and performing invert paving on two existing 60-inch metal culvert this location occurs within State's existing Right of Way (ROW) at 0.5-mile (mi) north of Hicks Haul Road Undercrossing (UC) Post Mile (PM) 29.2. In addition, Caltrans will install a new pipe to fill in a missing pipe segment and complete the entire drainage system on two embankment areas separated by a fire/maintenance access road prior to lining all the damaged metal pipes. Work also includes patching two punctured pipes that run along the toll road shoulder at 0.2 mi North of SCE UC (PM 35.8). All proposed works for this project will occur within the existing State's existing R/W. The project is funded by HM-DSB1 STATE funds only; and the project construction is anticipated to begin in June 2022 and end in September 2022.
