Project consists of the maintenance and minor alteration of existing public facilities involving no expansion of use beyond current levels, the construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures included as “interpretive signing or panels” and “fencing”, and minor public alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve the removal of mature, scenic trees and is included as a “resource management project” in the Department of Park and Recreation’s list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR §15300.4.
