The project is the construction and operation a 1.75 megawatt solar panel array on about 8.2 acres at 4451 Blum Road (cross-street Explorer Way), unincorporated Martinez, Contra Costa County. The fixed-tilt, ground-mounted solar panel modules would be encircled by a service road and perimeter fence. The remainder is retention basins and additional electrical equipment. The project will connect to PG&E on Blum Road.
