Document Description
In Tulare County on State Route 198, near Three Rivers between postmiles 37.5 and 41.3 (construction signs will be placed between postmiles 37.3 and 41.5). Also, in Tulare County on State Route 245 near Woodlake between postmiles 6.0 and 8,1 (construction signs will be placed between postmiles 5.8 and 8.3).The proposed scope includes placing a slurry seal over the existing surface of the entire length of the project as well as digouts, where necessary. In areas requiring digouts the surface would be cold planed to a depth of 0.25’ and replaced with 0.25’ HMA). Removal and replacement of traffic stripes, markings, and pavement markers will occur both with cold plane and grinding of the traffic marking itself. There is no shoulder backing or work off pavement.
