Document Description
The project is limited to mass grading of an unnamed tributary to Weber Creek in support of commercial development for the 12.42-acre parcel. During construction, the unnamed tributary to Weber Creek will be permanently filled or excavated by mass grading. Grading will be completed when the unnamed tributary is dry. Grading will result in approximately 23 square feet (<0.001 acres) of impacts to the unnamed tributary.
