Document Description
The California Dept of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to make culvert repairs in Sacramento County on State Route (SR) 51 from post mile 4.7 to post mile 8.8. The scope of work includes the following components: cold plane existing open grade asphalt concrete (OGAC), overlay OGAC one to two inches outside of edge of travel way, construct dig-outs up to a 5-inch depth, replace damaged slabs, replace striping. All work will be within the State right-of-way.
