Document Description
The project is limited to the repair and stabilization of a partially collapsed roadway on Alhambra Valley Road caused by ongoing creek bank erosion. A 78-foot-long timber lagged soldier pile wall with a guard rail and concrete ditch will be constructed. The repair will utilize portions of the damaged road and existing fall line earthen drainage pattern. A new drainage system will be installed yet will connect to an existing stormwater outfall. Excavated, regraded, and disturbed areas susceptible to erosion will be stabilized with rock slope protection, biodegradable erosion control features, hydroseeding, replanting of trees removed, and minor pavement repair.
