Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-TRI-20464-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Michael Curran. The proposed project is limited to the installation, ongoing use, and maintenance of a stream diversion on Hayfork Creek for the purpose of domestic use. The diversion intake will be appropriately screened to prevent intake of aquatic organisms and the maximum instantaneous rate of diversion will be 10 gallons per minute (GPM) with a total maximum cumulative diversion rate of 200 gallons per day.
