The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has Notification of Lake or Streambed
Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. SBR-13961-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Nathan
Benedetto.
The project is limited to grading the bed and bank of an ephemeral stream located within Bourbon Street to create
a 16-foot driveway entrance for permanent access to a single-family home. The work area shall not exceed 0.11
acres. The project activities within this work area include use of a pick-up truck to access the project site,
installation of dust control/silt fencing, and use of a tractor for grading the driveway entrance.
